What Is A Seasonal Lease?

A Seasonal Lease is a lease that is two years or longer in which the lessee only utilizes the vehicle for several months of the year each year that it is leased.  For example, a ski resort may lease a vehicle for three years, but only possess the vehicle for the months of December through March each year.  In this situation they only have to pay for the vehicle when they are using it and do not have to maintain it or pay for it year round.  Additionally in December each year they will get a vehicle that meets their specifications and that is in excellent condition.
